What is done with this information?
We use your information for the following:
To process your orders. We use relevant personal information described above (including your name, address and payment details) to process and deliver your order, add payments or refunds and to notify you of the status of your order.
To provide customer support. If you contact our customer service (or vice versa), we will use your identification information to identify you and other personal information such as your order information and contact history to process your request and provide you with the best service possible. To answer sales enquiries. In order to create a quotation to send, or fulfil the obligation of the enquiry, you will be asked for a minimum of: name, email, address, phone number.

How long will you keep my information?
Customer and order information will be kept securely on our system until you ask us to remove it. Note: Purchase information retention is subject to regulatory mandates we must adhere to e.g. data retention requirements for tax reporting purchases.
Encrypted Credit Card information will be purged every 365 days.
Mailing List Subscriptions will remain active until you opt-out from specific lists.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for marketing purposes, e.g. to offer you special discounts, we will request your permission explicitly, if not already granted.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, if you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent to marketing communications. Marketing will be terminated and any data specifically used for marketing purposes alone will be deleted.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal data to any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries or our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.
As part of our GDPR compliance obligations, we are duty-bound to check when personal data may be shared with third parties to ensure that they apply the same or greater controls in terms of data protection. The use of non-disclosure agreements forms part of our third-party data-sharing controls.

SECTION 4 - Adobe Commerce
Our store is hosted by Adobe Commerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows you to buy our products and use our services.
Your data is stored through Adobe Commerce's data storage, databases and the general Adobe Commerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment through our website can be made via our secure checkout pages using secure 3rd party payment service providers, e.g. credit card processors.
Adobe Commerce is PCI compliant. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. E.g. Couriers to deliver your purchases.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
