At Penn Elcom, a large part of what makes us successful has been our close relationship with customers, proactively encouraging feedback as much as possible. The insight we receive from this has given us a very good understanding of what works and what doesn’t, allowing us to quickly adapt and improve.
One of the most valuable sources of customer feedback is the online reviews we receive in places like Google and TrustPilot. We’re keen to hear from anyone who has had an experience with us as there’s no better way to gauge how we’re doing than directly from our customers.
TrustPilot is a highly-rated online review site which is known for transparency and honesty. Not only will people read reviews before they buy to learn what kind of experience they can expect, but our standing there is also important for Google and other search engines when deciding how highly to rank us.
We’re very, very happy to announce that this month our retail site Penn Elcom Online surpassed a significant milestone on TrustPilot - one thousand unique reviews!
Since we began on TrustPilot, we’ve consistently achieved a very good score, earning a five-star ‘Excellent’ rating through genuine customer experiences with us. Now that we have collected over one thousand reviews, it’s safe to say we have the best presence of all our competitors.
With the great feedback we receive that helps us keep close to the needs of our customers and get a good picture of their experience, we’re very much looking forward to our next thousand reviews.
