How big is this rivet? There is no information about the shaft diameter or grip length on any of the rivet descriptions. Which rivet would I use on the extrusions for 3/8" panel?

what is the purpose of the alignment dowel on the L91556K?
The purpose of the alignment dowel is to ensure the most accurate fit when the lock is closed.
Does this include a stabilizer bar to hold the PS4 in place on the shelf (Like other R1498 options do)?
It would be far less desirable if plugging/unplugging the front USB ports causes the PS4 unit to move in or out.

Are the screw holes threaded? If so what size screw will fit.

The holes on R1269/1UK/08 are not threaded. If you mount the chassis connectors from the rear you can use -
HSM3C12BP-100
