will the 3U Rack Panel hinged perf door (R12723UVK) work with a standard 19" road case rack (typically used for touring). I ask becuase ther is a note on the page that says This hinged door is for use on rack rail between 1.5mm / 0.06 to 2.0mm / 0.078.
