3/8" High Quality Film Faced Birch Plywood with Matte Black Smooth Phenolic Both Sides
3/8" film-faced birch plywood with a smooth matte-black phenolic face on both sides, the standard board for building road cases, supplied as a 4 × 8 ft (1220 × 2440mm) sheet. Built from five or more layers of cross-bonded birch veneer for strength and stability in both directions, with a hard phenolic film that resists scratches, abrasion, chemicals and UV, and wipes clean.
Durable yet lightweight and easy to machine, it’s built for road and rack cases, and suits speaker cabinets, workbench tops and van linings. The phenolic film is the water-resistant barrier, so seal any cut edges and drilled holes for continued protection in damp conditions.
