What size rack screws (typically 5m or 6m) would you recommend to put gear on this mount?

It will depend on the cage nuts as the square rack rails, but we recommend using M6 Cage Nuts if you are based in the UK or EURO, 10/32 Cage Nuts if you are based in the United States.
