Hello, Is there a positive stop on this R1291 drawer when pulled out ? Will it stop with out having to push in tabs or clips to remove it completely ? Thank you

The drawer will stop at its maximum extension, you have to push the clips to remove the tray

Do you make a 1 unit drawer with a lock and key?

Does this also lock open? Is there another slide that locks in the open and closed position?

Do you do a 1U R1291 Drawer where the actual drawer length (front to back) is longer than 370mm (ideally nearer 500mm ?

How far can the rear rack supports extend in order to connect to the rear of my rack?

According to our drawing it has a maximum extension of 15.94 inches / 405mm.

Will this work if the back isn't connected to any rails?

Sadly not that well. The slide function would not at all work as intended unless it was mounted from all 4 points.
