Description

Aluminium double-angle extrusion for flight case construction, designed to attach panels without rivets. Instead of the traditional rivet-fixed method, the panel's routed edge clicks onto the extrusion - giving a clean, rivet-free finish while maintaining a strong 90° internal corner joint where two panels meet.

Equal-length 30mm legs provide balanced contact on both panel faces. The click-on mechanism locks panels in place firmly with no additional fasteners needed.

The smooth exterior surface gives the joint a clean, professional appearance on the finished case.

No riveting required - the panel's routed edge clicks onto the extrusion, eliminating rivet drilling and giving the case a cleaner appearance.

Panel Preparation Required: Panels must be CNC-routed with a groove 10mm from the panel edge (minimum 3mm wide, 1mm deep), with the outside face facing down during routing. Note: the click-on system requires tight panel thickness tolerances (±0.1mm) for a secure fit.

Installation: Press the panel's routed edge onto the extrusion - no riveting required.
