Yes, this castor can be configured for either left or right corners - it flips to work on both sides, so you don't need to order separate left and right versions. They are sold individually rather than in pairs. This gives you the flexibility to order...

Is there a ball corner or foot that can be used to level a case when these are used on one corner?

This product can be used with the F3852 Black Plastic Foot installed on the opposite corner to level the case.
