The need to keep flight cases secured together when transporting and storing them has always been a challenge for flight case builders. The risk of toppling and damaging contents means that reliable solutions are highly sought-after.

Luckily, our design team at Penn Elcom have come up with a clever new pair of products that offer a complete all-in-one solution. Our STACK system is custom-engineered to create cases which can interlock and latch together flawlessly.

C1351-STACK -

For those who need to stack or transport multiple cases without the need for sunken dish plates/castors.

A clever ball corner that has interlocking cutouts designed to snap and hold another C1351-STACK. In this way, you can stack any number of cases vertically without any slippage. As each of the four corners lock into place, you will achieve a stack stability never before possible!

Say goodbye to hunting for left or right corners, these new corners have universal interlocking cut-outs and do away with the need for male / female versions - now you only need to buy one product. They’re also designed to self-locate each other easily when stacking and make the task much safer and quicker than before.

Save on space, improve transport stability and can now also assemble a case array, opening up a world of possibilities.

Once the case is stacked, the accompanying latches are a great improvement from overlatches. Designed to offer a latch system that does not protrude out from the panel, the stack will have fully flush surfaces all around. Because they sit in recessed dishes, there’s no longer a risk of other cases catching or striking an overlatch off and damaging it.

Once again at the forefront of flight case technology, Penn’s new STACK coupling system ensures that once secured, there’s no risk of slippage or release, making it the safest and most advanced solution yet.
