3m 35x35mm Black Large Surface Mounted Aluminium Profile Kit for up to 2x 12mm Led strips

Large size surface mounted extrusion for use in a wide range of
applications including: cove lighting, general indoor illumination,
trough lighting and many more.
Suitable to house up to two LED strips (each not wider than 12mm).
The track works as an excellent heat sink, providing optimum cooling of LED modules for long life and high reliability.

How to install:
Screw
mounting bracket directly to surface (we suggest 2 per meter for most
applications, 3 per meter when you have gravity working against it) and
then push the track into the brackets. The bracket grabs on the outer
fluted channels of the aluminium track.
Alternatively screw the
aluminium base (most applications require 2 screws per meter) directly
to the mounting surface, install your led strips inside the profile and
finally push-in the diffused cover. We recommend the use of self tapper
pan head screws or M4 countersunk screws.

The tracks can be shortened to the desired length. This is a bespoke service and charged additionally.

These
are large size profiles and can provide suitable heat dissipation even
for high wattage LED strips. If you are looking at getting a powerful
light output from these profiles you can use 1 or 2 rows of these Osram
2000lumens/m strips in Warm White LEDTF2000SG1830 or Cool White
LEDTF2000SG1840.
