2m 15x11mm Mini Furniture/Joinery Profile with internal angle mount

Mini recessed mounted aluminium extrusion for discrete and indirect LED lighting installations.
Suitable for LED strips not wider than 5mm.
The track works as an excellent heat sink, providing optimum cooling of LED modules for long life and high reliability.

How to install:
Carve
out the space required into your surface based on the dimensions
supplied in our drawing, push the aluminium base in it. Fix to surface
with either a layer of glue or using counter sunk screws (so they don't
interfere with the LED tape once fitted inside). Clean the track or any
residues (using a multipurpose cleaner), then install your LED strips
inside the aluminium base and finally push-in the milky cover. The plastic end caps come without pre-drilled holes but the mold has been
designed so that it outlnes the boundary of where to easy punch a hole
with scissors, or even by hand, offering this way the flexibility to
connect the LED strip inside from either the left or right side.

The tracks can be shortened to the desired length. This is a bespoke service and charged additionally.
