The Penn Elcom R2295-5UK is a lockable, lightweight aluminium 5U 19" rack drawer with a space-saving flat front panel, 375mm internal depth, and a slam latch plus key lock that keeps it shut in transit and secure when mounted.
Up to 40% lighter than the equivalent steel drawer for the same load rating, it is well suited to touring and mobile racks where every kilo counts. The R2295-5UK runs on heavy-duty ball-bearing slides for smooth, repeatable full extension, with reinforced 2mm rack-mounting ears that keep the fixing points solid through repeated transport and load cycles. The reversible rear support brackets (R2292-RSB-KIT) are included as standard.
