No, R1606 - Table Mounting Latch System for Case Lid has to be purchased separately.

Can these legs be used to replace the leg of a wooden table?

Yes, you can use R1600 legs on a wooden table. However, as they are primarily designed for flight cases, please ensure you have sufficient flat mounting space on the underside of your table to accommodate the folding mechanism and the width of the frame...
