10mm Double Angle No Rivets Extrusion with 30mm Legs - 4m Long

Aluminium double-angle extrusion for flight case construction, designed to attach panels without rivets. Instead of the traditional rivet-fixed method, the extrusion slides onto the panel's routed edge - giving a clean, rivet-free finish while maintaining a strong 90° internal corner joint where two panels meet.

Equal-length 30mm legs provide balanced contact on both panel faces. The slide-on mechanism locks panels in place firmly with no additional fasteners needed.

No riveting required - the extrusion slides onto the panel's routed edge, eliminating rivet drilling and giving the case a cleaner appearance.

Panel Preparation Required: Panels must be CNC-routed with a groove 9mm from the panel edge (minimum 3mm wide, 2mm deep), with the outside face facing down during routing. Note: the slide-on system has limited panel thickness tolerance, so verify compatibility with your panel material before use.

Installation: Slide the extrusion onto the panel's routed edge from the side.
