What is the depth of the counterbore on F1558?

What is the distance from embedded metal washer to base of rubber foot. I am trying to determine the length of suitable screw and Tee nut. Will a M5 (5.5mm shank) screw fit through the 5.0 hole in washer or would you recommend M4 screw?
