can it be bolted to the floor?

This product can be bolted onto the floor upside down using slotted fixing holes as seen in the image below.

The fixing hole dimensions are as follows (and attached below): 12mm / 0.47" / 1/2" diameter, 5mm / 0.20 / 3/16" width, 35mm / 1.38" / 1 3/8" length.

If you need open access, you will either need to modify the product yourself, or request customization, subject to lead times and additional costs from your local depot.
