Does this come with screws to mount it under a desk, and if not what size/type screw would work?

Fasteners are sold separately (as many customers have their own preferences of how they want to use our products). Depending on how you are setting up the rack, we would recommend No.10 x 5/8 Wood Screws or longer to purchase separately.
